The Nant Coch Community Event is a well-established monthly get-together at the Church, which began in the 2000’s with the invitation, ‘Come for coffee and stay for lunch’.
This invite remains! Welcomed are those more senior in our community as well as those alone at home, who would like to enjoy some friendly company on a Thursday morning each month between 10.30am and 1pm.
And, yes, we do start with coffee, or tea, as well as a table quiz to get us thinking and talking. The morning continues with the focus on a topic of interest, often with an invited speaker, and finishes with a tasty lunch.
So please, this month, come for coffee and stay for lunch and look out for future dates.
NB. When the website goes live, it will only show this text box once the July community event has been held. This notice will disappear in the second week of August. If you would like the wording to differ, please let me know.
There is no community event in August. The community event resumes on the first Thursday in September.
